Deputy Nurse Manager
Dual registered nursing and residential home providing for clients whose needs are associated with mental health. The home provides a specialist service for those with the potential for challenging behaviour. .
DETAILS OF THE ROLE AVAILABLE:
Hours:
- Full time role required
- 42 hours per week – working on the roster to include alternate weekends
Shifts:
The
role of Deputy is primarily working on the day shift, opposite the registered manager – on call may also be required.
Thisis shared between the manager and the deputy

JOB SUMMARY:
The role of the Deputy will ensure that a high level of nursing care is offered to all of our clients, supporting and guiding the care staff and supporting the Registered Manager with all aspects of the home, with particular responsibility for clinical issues.
