Recruit are currently seeking a proven sales professional from within the material handling industry to work as a Key Account Manager in the South East of the UK. With continued success, the company are set for further expansion over the next year, looking to vastly increase their sales team. The Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be managing large accounts within the South East area, encompassing from North London down to Sussex and across to Kent/Essex. To qualify for the job, you will therefore be located in one of these areas or somewhere close within the region. As well as being provided with existing accounts which you will be expected to develop further, you will also be expected to actively seek new business opportunities, developing the business in your specified region. Due to rapid expansion, an experience of working within materials handling and selling forklifts is a must, as is a proven ability to deal with accounts of high value. 

The Company

A well-known brand name within the industry, our client are an established distributor of forklift trucks to UK markets, having one of the largest mobile fleet of Engineers in the country. As well as offering short terms and contract hire, they are also a provider of used equipment, fleet management and operator training. Due to further expansion plans, the company are now looking to employ new sales professionals to join their team. 

Requirements

" Experience in either Material handling/forklifts essential 
" Hungry and self-motivated to develop business 
" Able to work well on own initiative
